Rescuing Unpicked Blackberries to Reduce Food Waste
Volunteers and local groups are collecting blackberries left unpicked on farms and public land to prevent them from going to waste. The initiative aims to turn the foraged fruit into jams, pies, and other products, tackling food waste and supporting community food projects.
