Linux kernel to add limited support for $ORIGIN in RPATH

The Linux kernel is set to support the $ORIGIN token in RPATH, which allows executables to locate shared libraries relative to their own location. This change, currently under review, aims to improve security and flexibility for dynamically linked programs.
